Denmark: Frederiksborg Slot - A Classic and a Modern Find
A Classic Find -H.C Anderson Portrait |
A Modern Find - Princess Mary of Denmark |
I would have almost missed the portrait
of the infamous H.C Anderson
There wasnt special flags or pointers
And it was hung in a room full of portraits.
It was a stroke of luck to even see him there
"Sitting" calmly above my head

By default
I am not a fan of the countless self portraits of the Kings and Queens
However this little artwork caught the corners of my eyes
As I stroll down the long corridor
It was the protuding dimension
that had piqued my interest.
I wasnt wrong to stop and inspect this little gem
Must have taken the artist much workand ffort to align and paint
On the individual triangular strips
Wonder what had propel him to do so?
Denmark: Frederiksborg Slot
It was suppose to be something interesting
But I had forgotten to jot down what it was...
Sigh...
